Kenya’s chairman of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Wafula Chebukati, has announced that the new elections, following the Supreme Court’s annulment of President Uhuru Kenyatta’s electoral victory recently will be conducted in approximately 40 days time on October 17.
